Story of Bleuu

 Bleuu - Marek Stopyra arrived in the U.S. 20 years ago. He came so that he could earn a good living for his two girls living back in Poland. He started at the bottom working as a dishwasher in Key West. He learned from the #1 chefs and made it to the top in 3 years! He left Key West after Hurricane Wilma and started Cafe Bleuu here in Welaka. Hopefully he'll be here for a long, long time.

His technique in cooking is truly unique. Every dish, perfectly seasoned is his own. Taste anything and you will see what Chef Bleuu brings to the table.

 

Story of Roxy

Roxy lived in New York for the first half of her life then moved to New Jersey where she worked as a Bartender - Server - Secretary. Later she moved to Key West and met Chef Bleuu and they fell in love right away. They got married two months later. Very people friendly and warm, Roxy always loved cooking and serving people. Now she is owner of Cafe Bleuu with partner Chef Bleuu where they make the best homemade food from scratch they possibly can!
